Is this happening to anyone else? I've been suddenly getting emails from ivillage every time someone responds to my post. The messages always say that I have requested to be notified when someone responds to my posts, but I definitely did NOT request that. It also said that I could change that option under board settings -- but I can't find anywhere to do that.
For obvious reasons, I really don't want emails with "Ending an Affair" in the subject line popping up in my in-box. I have asked customer support and they told me the problem had been fixed, but it hasn't.
Thanks.

Katie, if you go to your profile or board settings, there is a little box that needs to be unchecked. That may be all you need to do.
I get that message, but that's only because as cl- I need to know when there are new posts and replies. I totally understand why you would not want them!
K.
Try looking down below the text box when you are making a reply.
All I see is "preview message" or "cancel message" button... Maybe it is different for me since I just have the free service??
Katie, it could be that. I only use my cl- account and even if I used others, they would still get the goodies if they were linked to the same email address. One of the perks of being a cl. Believe me, there aren't a whole lot of them! One of the biggest perks is the people I've met duirng my stint as cl-. I started on a Parent Soup board over 7 years ago and they just can't get rid of me!
So, as far as the reply thing, I'd go back to Tech Support.
I just asked another cl- and she said the package makes no difference. She also gave me a place to check for info on it!
