Hi Lovelies :smileyhappy:
I don't have much to report but gotta say I was slightly tempted to text a quick note to xAP today because our team won and we're going to the superbowl. He and I liked football together. BUT I'm happy to say I did not call or text. Yay me! He is still blocked and I have no idea if he has tried to reach me. Chances are today he has. I have wondered if he's angry that I am not reachable and that I'm not responding to those texts of his that are now going into a black hole. BUT I have to say that for the first time in a long while that I really don't care. I don't care because he isn't responsible for my happiness and he can't fill me up. I do. I have a future that is bright. I have myself, my kids, my creativity and passion for words and music, my job, my friends and quite possibly a healthy relationship on the horizon and I'm very excited about it all.
I wish you all a good and peaceful Monday.
<3 yay!

damn football; helluva drug.

I'm so proud of you for not giving into that momentary temptation. It's really true, that
It's good to see that you are finally "getting it." There will always be temptations in life. Not acting on them is the key. Ride out the moment and it will pass.
YES YES YES ... read and re-read this when you are having your moments of weakness. LOOK at ALL YOU HAVE to be so grateful for. Also, remember Jane's 48 hour rule ... when you just feel like you have to act, tell yourself that you will wait 48 hours to act ... this way *we* retrain ourselves from acting on stupid impulse!
Great job!
TU.
