I don't know if it just me but as the weather changes and it gets cool I start to get depressed and think of my EXOM a lot more. Does anyone else get this way? I am just dying inside lately....

Two thoughts -- first-- many people are affected by a reduction in exposure to sunlight. As the days get shorter, we are exposed to less sunlight, and it can cause us to feel more depressed. Try to go outside a bit more when the sun is out :-)

The other thing is that as it gets colder and darker, some of us exercise less. A little more exercise -- keeping your heart rate elevated for 30 minutes 3x a week can really help get rid of these crappy emotions we are all feeling.

Finally, some of it is just the cycle of missing someone we shouldn't have been with, but can't help missing. Tough to do, but necessary.

Good luck :-)

Completly agree, so hang in there and try to keep busy when your feeling low, part of the cure is not caving in to the depression/withdrawl.

Yeah, weather, places, holidays, special occasions of all sorts trigger memories, after all, that's what makes us human.

Maybe you need to immerse yourself in a special project to keep your mind from wondering? Or a better thermostat? Or if all else fails, a move to a warmer climate?

Hang in there and don't allow your mind to get the best of you b/c you are in control :-)
