Immediately after ending my affair, I went on a rampage to find resources to help me. I haven't visited some of them since the early days of NC (before I discovered EAS), but I thought they might help some of our newbies, or others who are struggling.

Thank you so very much for posting this list.

My 17 mth affair just ended by phone this morning - he is feeling consumed by guilt and can't continue. I wish I could say that I had had the strength to end it first but at least I have taken the step of turning off my phone - knowing that he would call later this morning to check on me - and came here immediately for guidance. Your post was a blessing.

My goal is to get through today without contacting him at all. Then repeat tomorrow. I feel completely wiped out and vulnerable. I hope to read every one of those sites you listed. Baby steps.

Hi Songs- One day at a time... that's all we can do. And before you know it, a couple months will be behind you and it will be easier. You've come to the right place.
