Still on my pathway :)

Hello everyone..its been a while since I've been on here, but wanted to chime in and let others know, especially the ones in the early stages of NC, that time does help heal the wounds we're nursing. Its been close to 6 -1/2 months of NC for me now, and yes, I still experience peaks and valleys along this journey of mine, but I'm still on this pathyway..my feet are firmly planted...eyes focused on the horizon..and the overall goal of Indifference.

I'm still attending T and that has helped me so very much. I anxiously look forward to my appointments, because I get to just let it all out, like a flood of words and emotions overflowing me, leaving me so weightless and so cleansed. I highly recommend T to anyone who's feeling lost, who's needing guidance, who needs to re-discover themselves..its all so very worth it.

Here's to yet another day...another opportunity to make things right...a new beginning :)

Big Hugs to everyone,

WAM

Congrat's to you on continuing your healing journey. Indifference, the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, what we are all striving for.

Thank you so very much ED for your kind words. I truly do appreciate them and love the way you said, "I too have the peaks and valleys on occasion but never get stuck at the bottom of the hill anymore." Congratulations to you as well :) We can and will get to that pot of gold..its so within our reach.

(((BD))) Hello my NC buddy! :) I'm so glad to hear from you and thank you for your kind words :) I really appreciate it! As for my kiddos, just being around them, no matter what we're doing, is a blessing...(We still color though, and just lay around on the carpet, listening to them talk and watching them

Hi WAM! good to hear about your progress too :) Its a hard fight to get out of these toxic relationships and you're so right about NC helping with healing.

Stay focussed and keep building, we can all survive ending an A and move on to live better, healthier lives.

((Hugs)) to you and every happiness in your new beginning.
