I have been reading and reading like a fiend....so much good wisdom and help and encouragement.

However, I found myself shifting all the blame to my exAP and using that anger to help fuel the end.

I agree 100%. Even though I was not treated well by my xMM, the facts remain that I was a willing participant in the deception, and I allowed him to treat me that way without standing up for myself and doing what was right. There were also moments where I did not treat him well; and for that I made a formal apology to him after I ended the A. I needed to clear the bad karma (I'm not advocating that others do this, it's just me dealing with my particular situation). He also apologized and he said he was having a hard time facing the fact that he hurt me so deeply. It was a cathartic moment and helped me move on.

big hugs,

trixie xo
