For those of us who are dealing with weather, it does tend to get to you. But life in general is filled with waves of ups and downs - I experienced both this weekend too. I agree that journaling is very good when your thoughts are swirling around. I'm glad that E1 bumped up last Zenseday because I was going to suggest that you try my index card trick as well.
