You are doing the right thing by going for a nice walk. It will help to change your routine for when the times you used to talk come up, I don't take my breaks at work anymore, I will eventually but right now it is helping me to keep focused on quitting my harmful addictions, smoking and xap. I tied the two together for some reason. Doing something physical really does help and i'm glad you have nice sunny weather to walk in, could you send some of that sun my way:) You are strong MC, you are doing great and by letting those feelings out you are showing yourself you are going forward to a better place. Have a really nice day:)
Fresh air and sunshine is an excellent substitute for sitting on our behinds, chatting with JAM. :smileywink: When I think of the time I wasted, trying to compose the perfect email, or send some witty response to one of his one liners, I want to slap myself. :smileymad:
Yep, ending an A is a roller coaster ride too, but the peaks and valleys aren't as hair raising as the ride we took while in it. Now you have control of just how long you want to stay strapped in your seat, or get out of it for a while to take that nice long walk. It's all about how you look at it. If you see yourself as being healthy and happy again, then picture yourelf this way because those A toxins are draining with each hour that passes by. In a few weeks you will be feeling so much better. You strike me as a very intelligent gal who knows that this time is the last time you are ever going to hurt yourself like this again, right??
MC,
You will have some up days and some down days.
