Hello everyone.
I haven't really been here much lately, mainly because I feel like when I'm here, I'm rehashing this whole thing over and over again, and the truth is I'm pretty much over it now. (Never thought I'd say that). I mean sure, I think about him often, and still wonder once in a while where we would be if I contacted him, but I've definately accepted that it's over and no longer in any kind of pain over it. So now I've been lurking a different board. I've started running again, (used to be a runner for years) and now I've found an Ivillage board for runners. So my OT question is this.... How do I get a different screen name than the one I've used on these boards? I really don't want this name on that board just incase there are any lurkers here from over there if you know what I mean. I don't know how to go about getting one name for that board, and keeping this name for this board. Can anyone help me here? Oh, and I just wanted to say that I miss you all and I'll check in every once in while to say hi. You've all helped me so much!!

hey Pal,
i run around Stanford University in Palo Alto, they have a bunch of good runing trails, yes 10 miles, i ran with a bunch of friends and i am the slowest in the group actually, i alwasy get left behind
i found out that exercise realy helps, i have a treadmill at home but i am unable to do exercise in the last 6 months, too much stress with the affair, we need to get our life back and i think staying healthy is a good start, if we feel physically healthy maybe our mind will follow as well as our hearts
btw, OW just called me, she blocked her call so i answered the phone, she called to say hi , then she proceeded in telling me that i need to forget her and that she wont come back to me anymore, and not to have anymore hopes about me and her
i was shocked, she talked for about 2 minutes and said bye, i never got to say anything
im now realy pissed off at her

Running 9 or 10 miles on a treadmill is a different experience from doing it on the road, it seems to take the shock out of it and the body does not get hurt I was doing the 9.5 0n the road but started to take injuries so it seems to require better conditioning or a different style...something ?
I am in NY were people shovel the snow with there tennis rackets.
Max I bet with a lion chaseing you, you could do that 10 mile real quick eh HA HA, faster then the Lion we hope !!
