Well if you remember me, my boss(and best friend) found out about my A with xmm through his W calling her and wanting to do lucnh. (I was forced to tell her.)Anyway, work has been ok. For a couple days she was pretty cold to me. Didn't talk to me about anything that wasn't work related, even asked me to go home early one day, ( I think to get rid of some tension at work.) But slowly, she is starting to come back around to me. Yesterday was really the first day we actually started laughing together again and started making plans to do stuff together again. It's getting better, but she still refuses to bring up the situation. We haven't discussed it at all, we've just been acting like nothing ever happened. I'm afraid if I don't eventually talk to her about it, we will always have this thing hanging over our heads. I know she thinks about it when we're together, I do also. I want to talk it out with her but don't know if I should bring it up or wait and see if she does. I know the main reason she is upset is because I kept it from her. You supposedly don't keep stuff like that from your best friend. I guess she almost feels like I betrayed HER as well as XMM's W (who was also our friend....make sense?) I would also like her to know MY side of the situation, as I'm sure the part she found out makes me the ONLY bad person in all this. Ok, I've babbled enough... I guess I'm looking for advice on how to approach the "talk" with my friend.
Have I said I've learned my lesson, and will never be in this mess again???? I'm saying it again, just incase!!!!!!

I suggest that you give it a little more time, then one evening after work stop for a glass of wine or have her over to your place for that glass and when you have both been relaxed a bit by the wine it will flow naturally and will not be forced.
