Ok, who is ready for the next installment of late night ramblings with Foggy? Alright don’t every one raise your hands so quickly (oh that’s right you were all reaching for your coffee).

My darlin' Foggy
You know how to make a girl cry! Doncha know I have to work today? Your strength, tho I know you weren't feeling very strong, your strength is a wonderful example for all of us. I'm so happy for Chemo to be done and will dance on the coffee table in celebration of being C Free!! But better yet - I'm doing the happy dance for getting through such a series of events. Much love and prayers and positive thoughts and all that good stuff coming your way!

I am short on time right now, but I wanted to send BIG HUGS your way. Deleting that message was HUGE, and I can't be more proud of you than I already am. You are walking the walk, my friend. Also, just wanted to tell you how happy I am that your W called, leaving you with those 3 little words. Maybe you two didn't acknowledge V-Day in the past, but I am sure this is one you will never forget.

Love and hugs,
Be where you are; otherwise you will miss your life. ~ Buddha

I'm so glad you poured your heart and your story out here. As Iddy and others pointed out in my thread Monday, there are no coincidences. Your messages came in the exact order they needed to: mommy :); wife - yay! :); and SHE who shall not be named. You wrote the happy ending to your Lemony Snicket weekend and I'm so proud of you!

And for everyone wondering who else puked on the bus, ya - it was me. The PERFECT way to never get asked to chaperone a field trip ever again - you should try it!!

Foggy it is wonderful to hear that you will be cancer free, my heart goes out to you in this courageous battle you have fought. Reading your personal growth through your journey brought tears to my eyes, I felt myself walking with you and you have given me great hope that we can all come to a better understanding of ourselves. It is the meaning in your words of your journey that touches me deeply and thank you so very much for sharing from the fog to your present. When you pushed delete I was cheering very loudly, but it was your Moms and Wifes call that showed what you have accomplished within yourself through your journey. You have gone the distance and it shines through. Forgiveness will come, I know it will and I wish I could give you the answer of how to reach it as I am still working on that myself. My prayers are with you on your continued journey:)

That's an amazing story. I am so impressed that you had the power to delete it. Okay I'm stunned actually, because I know that at least for now I wouldn't have that power. Glad I don't need to be tested. I will admit I still have one voicemail saved from xAP. Not on purpose actually, and I haven't listened to it since before NC. I have some other messages I need to keep (not from x), and I have to go through those to get to the "one". Truthfully, I'm a little scared to even try yet, because I am almost positive that when I get to it I will have to listen to it again. Actually I can almost guarantee it. So for now, it stays put out of mind. A smartphone would definitely be better in this circumstance.

Please get well, good luck to you!

A quick thank you to all who found your way to the end of this post, and took the time and energy to respond.

Each of your responses has brought tears to my eyes...tears helping to wash away the crusties formed during a few short hours of subconcously charged difficult sleep.

I will have much more to say later, but just wanted to say thank you for bringing forth calming tears with which I will now find a few more hours of sleep...this time sure to be peaceful!

I do not know how to be near THANKFUL enough for the beauty of this space.

peace&light
