Hello, all my loves-
Tomorrow is that hyped up, crapped up day of trite expressions of love crammed down our throats by Hallmark (the third leg of the Trilateral Commission), and a product of commercial interests. To all of you, the people who have really shown me love and support over the last three months, I'd like to send a _sincere_ valentine: Thank you. I love you all for loving me through my darkest hour - for giving of yourselves when you are also hurting, and for being so selfless and generous with your time and energy. I share with you my darkest secrets and the most intimate, tender parts of myself - and you love and accept me for who I am at my core. This is love in its highest and I appreciate and value you all to no end. God bless you all.
Love yourselves the way you have loved me, this is my wish for Valentines Day for all of us.
Blessings,
Dee

Thank *you* for this!
I know I haven't been here long, but I would like to thank everyone here as well, both past and present, for the much needed love and support. Not only is there a lot of love shown here, the words of wisdom and support help us love ourselves (and in turn, love others better as well). That's not something Hallmark and all the chocolate and cinnamon hearts in the world could ever do :)
Hugs n' Love
'It may be that when we no longer know what to do,
We have come to our real work,
And that when we no longer know which way to go,
We have begun our real journey'
- Wendell Berry
And love back to you...thank you for putting a new (true?) spin on V-day (victory-over-the-A-and-taking-back-our-lives-day).
xoxo,
Misty
Truly - the thread that needed starting Dee: Thank you.
So I too would like to send out a special Valentine to all of you. One filled with hope and the promise of brighter days ahead. I joked with my best friend that last year I had two Valentines (H & xAP) and this year I had none ... but with this thread I have realized that indeed, love is abundant and authentic 'here' and I have been honored to receive it from many of you.
Thank you,
J.

AMEN, SISTAH! I am always telling people this but of course your words have a little more kick. ;-)
I wish ALL of you the same sentiment. There is much love and support right here in EAS. Although we don't know one another, we are all connected though this journey of the soul.
Thanks for your post. You rock!
