Hello Renewal,

We will sure miss your supportive posts, and the learning that comes to us from (yes us) from supporting a newbie. Please develop an emotional self-care plan for yourself: things tnat you can remind yourself of when you're feeling overwhelmed. You won't be able to reach out to us, but never forget that we will be here waiting for you to come back, that there exists this whole community that is sending you love & strength as you pass through these next couple of weeks. Do not give yourself permission to break NC - no matter how tough it may get becuase you don't have your support group to turn to, you have all you need INSIDE YOU. Hold tight, take deep breaths and keep looking forward.

Much Love,

TU.

Take the lessons you've learned here and use them to deal with any stressors that come up with the H and family in town.

You'll be missed here, but this is your chance to reconnect with the REAL people in your life. If it hadn't been for my children and best GF, I don't know how I would have survived those first few months out of the A. I reinvested my time and love into them and spent my alone time reading everything I could get my hands on. The days just flew by and Xmm grew smaller and smaller on my radar screen.

Be good to you and others will respect that.

(((Hugs))

Be where you are; otherwise you will miss your life. ~ Buddha
