Coors Light... nothing better than coming home, hugging the DH and cracking open a cold one to enjoy on the back porch with him. It is definitely one of my guilty pleasures (in moderation of course).

Dark chocolate and Little Debbies. When I finally gave them both up I dropped 12 pounds and my BP went down too. The thing is, I never, ever felt guilty consuming them.

An entire package of guacamole and half a bag of chips!! And maybe a Coke to wash it all down. Oh and a little (ok, a lot) of internet shopping !!
And then later, handfuls of walnuts and chocolate chips. But I've been good lately. (yeah, right)

Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Chocolate Chip (Wait I’m having a moment just typing it) I cannot have it in the freezer at home as I will obsess over it. I look at it through the glass at the market. I try to explain to the vanilla bean tainted delight as it stars back at me with the two a’s in the name like to eyes peering into my soul why I cannot put it in my shopping cart. How my jeans cannot take the forces exerted on them by my hips once the billion calorie fat filled treat enters my body (darn you Newton and your Laws).

Whether you think you can or you think you can't you are probably right. A parrot can repeat what it has learned but the mark of true intelligence is applying what is learned.

A mango margarita every now and then does it for me!
