Proactive vs. Reactive

During most of my 7.5 year A I found myself reacting to things XAP said or did. Toward the end, that’s all my life consisted of: XAP lived his life and I reacted to it. And I blamed him for that. Instead of being proactive and making choices for my happiness, I would either fight or flee to minimize my pain. That’s all my life had become - pain management. Now, 5 months out, I see things differently. I’m living differently. I’m observing my own feelings and taking responsibility for them.

“Pain is necessary, suffering is optional”

Let me know what you are doing to be proactive today. Remember that you are in control of your life and your inner peace.

Happy Zenesday :)

Happy Zensday Bodhi! In a step to be more proactive I'm going to actually mean what I say, I'm not going to follow the crowd just to fit in. If needed I'm going to stand out like a sore thumb:)

Happy Day Bohdi!

I have really been proactive (working my butt off) in changing how to forgive myself, to love myself and change my ways of thinking.

BE the change that you want to see in the world! Life loves me and I love life! <3
