No guilt, and not the kind of regret I thought I might have, but regret none-the-less.


A quick recap for those who haven't read my story: I've been with DH for 15 years, and we've been relatively unhappy for much of that time.

Try not to think about the could-of, would-of, should-of's. These will only wear away at you.

You both know that at this point in life neither of you can leave your marriages. So, you must decide what to do from here. Do you a) stop the A NOW or do you b) continue with it, enjoy what you get out of it, etc.

It isn't an easy decision - trust me. Do what makes YOU happy.
