mmmmm, you might hate me as well! lol

I am MW with SM and do exactly what you hate.We are neighbors and he watches me going out with H on weekend and that creeps the hell out of him.He HATES it,not sure why.We dont have any plans about being 'together',ever. He gets very jealous but we make up quick ;)

H and I do w/end grocery shopping together, go visit our grandchildren every other w/end , do lots of 'regular' married life stuff together. If I wont,he will suspect and I dont want this A to end.H and I havent had sex for many years now.

Back to my AP and communication, lol! He has internet phobia ,so we dont do emails etc .All we rely is on cellphone. Its a big no-no to have any communication on w/ends and evenings but I guess its part of being attached to a married person.

Sorry that I am not of much help!

mm with mw AP here.. she controls the comms.. i am not happy about it, but it has to be this way.. it sucks but the alternative of having free comms and getting caught would suck about a million times worse.. so i count my blessings every day..

find things to do on non-com periods to keep busy and have a life outside of the A.. it's the healthier thing to do anyway.. otherwise them squirrels will not be checking out of your motel..

Im a MW with a MM and he controls the non-communication. I hate it. Its not just a couple of days but weeks that can go by. We only Instant Message and well he is never signed on, doesn't want to send or receive offline messages, no cell phones, texting, emailing. I often think that he may have a few he is stringing along, he IM's one texts another.lol...just squirrels I guess.

I seriously considering finding a SM...somebody on the board suggested it and I'm thinking hard about it.

I hate NC weekends (which is any weekend AP is home instead of working, like this weekend):(.

We're both married, but I'm much more flexible in terms of communication.

NC sucks big time! Secret cell phones help though,;-) if used properly (no text, delete call history, keep it off unless talking etc.). If spouse discovers it, you can always say it is not yours, a friend of yours left it there etc.

Even if you can't talk real time because of schedule-conflicts you can leave messages and listen to them when you get a private sec and it's something to 'live on' till the next communication becomes possible.

And then there are always errands to run even on week-ends, getting gas, grocery shopping etc. You are not glued to your H/W 24 hours. ;-)

My AP is really bold in this sense, he has called me while his W was trying on clothes and he was waiting outside, while she was in with the Dr. for a few minutes etc. etc. (He is pretty extreme, almost like he wants to be discovered...He himself said that he wants her to dump him because he does not want to be the bad guy..not like he would not be anyway, if she dumped him for discovering the A... People in affairs can have weird logic, huh?;-)
