OK - first - I must apologize for taking so long to reply - I have many things going on in my 'real' life right now that are keeping me from being as active on the board as I would like - however I do read and answer when I can.

I haven't actually finished reading your post, but I want to immediately point out that I did NOT say that ALL children of divorce end up worse off.

Yes, I have definitely noticed a change in the tenor of most of the replies.

Please . . . don't stop . . . I'm happy to have this truck highjacked by someone who obviously knows the terrain far better than I do.

I just want to say. Fkam never be sorry for something you post. If it comes from your heart there is no need to be sorry. They are your experiences and you can't be sorry for posting about your experiences. Never apologize for asking for advice. I like to live with the thought that "No Question is EVER a Stupid Question". I however don't like the term "Adulterer", but that is when I as an "Adult" can choose to turn the other cheek and know that the words you speak are from your heart and your pain and can not fault you as a person becuz of that.

I am just a woman who has "been there done that". I am a student in the classroom we call "life". I have learned my lessons. The best way I can, by experiencing them full on.

I learned a song when I was younger, a key phrase in it; "People don't need to know my name, If I do them any harm then I'm to blame. If I help a Friend then I've helped me
To open up my eyes that I might see." OK probably a cheesy song, but words we could all live by.

I won't encourage you to stay or go, what I will encourage you to do is follow your heart it usually does mean and know best.

I did not and will not flame you becuz of your life lessons. That would only be "calling the kettle black".

There are no standards in an A. There are no set rules.

Hang in there!
