Squirrels. An old MAS friend used to call those rampant worries that go round and round "squirrels."
there are only three ways i know to address squirrels. 1) drugs, 2) time and trust, 3) reducing dependence. and i think that is what you are asking - can i be less dependent and how can i accomplish that?
first step is to trust him to tell you where he is in the EA - whether it's still in or moving out. second is to reduce your contact - not NC just reduce. talk or text once or twice a day versus four or five. see if you can go an entire day. i find the contact fuels the thinking, and if *you* control the contact you will feel better. waiting for someone else to act always sucks and feed the squirrels. third is if you really want less involvement to find something else to occupy your time and your mind.
good luck and can't wait to see the other advice. Mrs.
