Can women be as rotten as men?

Or...Painting a house for fun and profit?

Many years ago I was madly in love with and having an affair with "Nancy" I bought her gifts, took her to dinner a few nights a week and even took her to Palm Springs for a weeks vacation. To make a long story short, I painted the inside of her apartment for her because she asked if I could touch up some marks on the walls. Being in "love" I painted the whole place. While painting the bedroom I even hid around 50 little notes that said "Nancy, I love you" and my name. I came back the next day to help her put the furniture back in one room and as I finished she told me she had asked a guy she knew to move in with her. She said she felt a great sexual attraction for him and told me not to come by any more. I of course went crazy and called and called but got no answer. Then about a week later she called me to ask "how many of those notes did you put around the bedroom?" She didn't want her new lover to see them. The next evening she called to tell me she and her "guy" were "doing it" while she was talking to me, and yes, I could tell she was telling the truth.I just walked away. It took about a year before I could even drive into that part of town without my stomach turning over. So....in my opinion, women can not only be as horrible and dishonest in an affair as men, they can be worse.

Yes the word putz, fool, stupid, jerk, etc. all come to mind.

Isn't it a GREAT thing that all women aren't like that?

Be glad you weren't married to her...

Califguy: I was mortified reading your post and had to respond. It sounds as though you became involved with an extremely sadistic woman... "The next evening she called to tell me she and her "guy" were "doing it" while she was talking to me, and yes, I could tell she was telling the truth..." OMG, what a psycho b*#!&! Sorry, I'm sure it's of little comfort to you, but I hope you realize that most women are caring and appreciative of a good man, whether or not she is attracted to him. In my opinion, this lady(?) is not wired like the majority of us (thank God). You really do have my sympathy. That had to have been terribly painful for you. I hope that you find someone who appreciates your good heartedness. No one deserves to be treated so badly. What she did was very cruel. Take care of yourself. Virgogirl

Those kind of women sure give the rest of us a bad name. I could never "use" or be that sadistic to someone else. She just completely mistreated the situation. Califguy, you have to know we're not all like that!

OMG, what a b*tch she was, and I don't usually don't call my own species often that. No, all women are like that, in fact, I know a lot of women who are not like that, thank God. I am sorry I asked, it must have been a painful memory! HUGS...
