The changes in me... what about you?

On Monday I go into the hospital so will be laid up for a couple of days -- I'm having a tummy tuck (okay you ladies under 40 just won't understand it). I was just thinking about all the changes I've noticed in me since I started this A. I don't have one pair of white undies in my drawer (never can tell when you'll need to have a quick trist), I shave my legs every day, I've lost 30 pounds, I smile more (and cry more), I never leave the house without make-up, I'm more aware of my body and feel sexually charged a lot of the time. Even H is noticing the difference and is liking the changes. I'm not using that as an excuse -- it is what it is. I'm just saying it's nice to be so charged all the time and feel good about myself for a change. I love the high, and even the lows are better than before -- at least I'm not feeling numb all the time. How long will that last, do you suppose? Does anyone else feel that way?

That's going to be surgery number two... don't need any extra, just to move it all back to it's original position (hee hee). Thought I'd go for the flat tummy first, though. Thanks for the good wishes. SS

Recently I have had more people stop me and tell me how great I have been looking. I just said to MM yesterday that I wasn't sure ws it the 12pounds I've lost, the lightening of my hair or just him.

I think it is a combination of all three.

I workout in the gym 4 days a week and I do Pilates 2-3x a week. My energy level since someone pays attention to me is incredible. A friend asked me if I was ADHD? because I never stop now. This is exactly what my metobolism needed......

i even got back into my jeans......yippee and I go w/out undies when wearing them...MM noticed right away..... H didn't say a thing.
