Let me help you out, here, okay? All beautifulness and sugar-dipped pink saliva aside, okay? You, a MM, were having a 7–yr. A with a single OW. Since I don't know what and how exactly you

Partly right. No sugar coating going on. Occasional talk from her about 'when the kids are grown', but I avoided it because it was so long off. I never expected her to stick around that long. I plan to leave home then regardless.

This is her third departure, to find a normal relationship. I've always cooperated. It'd be hard to argue the point. Never feels great obviously. First time she's (apparently) found someone, so it feels worse. The one-line email was just something to cling to at the moment.

No delusions of unfairness. I never promised her a rose garden, and she never made any bones about her desire to find something better.
