How to get AP to give it up??

Well, he's not my AP yet but I want him to be and that's the point. Any of you ever have your 'target,' the one who gives you all the butterflies, flirt etc. but hang back and not get serious about having an A?

He's my DD's (actually she's a step) band teacher. I know he's M. We've been flirting and texting for months. He has to know I'm interested - usually I don't have this trouble, but he gets so far and then STOPS!

How do you girls get it done with a guy like this?

Keep in mind that when you take on the role of "seducer" to someone who is hesitant, it's much more likely that you're going to have one of those A's where he ignores you BIG TIME after a physical encounter. This type is going to have a lot more guilt, and in those moments where he hates himself for what he's done, he'll also hate you for tempting him to do so. You also open yourself up to being thrown under the bus should there be a d-day. "She came on to me, wouldn't let up, threw herself at me etc. etc."

I think it's less likely when the guy has made all the moves, although it's still possible even then.

Just something to keep in mind.

I totally agree! Janamich, this could turn out very badly for you. Don't try to seduce him. I have a neighbor who has been trying to seduce my DH for two years now. My DH and I lay in bed laughing at how ridiculous and desperate she is acting to get my DH attention. It really is ashame how some women need attention from men so badly even when they have a H at home.

You're right Lexi, it could go that way, and I already had an A go that way a long time ago (thrown under bus etc) and I do not want to go thru that again. It's always a risk with an A ... I'm just impatient and more used to men pushing ME rather than me having to push them.
