I am not sure if people remember me/my situation but here I am back again.

It would fade anyway, but can you say why do you feel like a horrible person?

I feel horrible because I have cheated...something I never thought I would do...I have done it physically with a man that we welcomed into our marriage by way of threesome, but without H's knowledge, I have now committed a one night stand with another married man, and I had been texting/emailing another man that we met while vacationing in Jamaica.

Staying,

I'm glad to hear an update on you.

Well, the conference guy was just a fling and I got the "brush off" from him through email since that's the only way we had to contact one another.

have you ever researched "love addiction"? i think you might hear some bells ring if you read up on it. i sure did. i have a lot of the tendencies you do. i went through quite a string of situations last year triggered off by my A and its ending. suddenly i was acting on this addition to men, attention, a high and all this despite a loving attentive husband. it's a very good idea to get to therapy although i know it.costs. i dont go regularly myself because even the copays add up too much. but i do understand what you're going through.
I've recovered a lot from my addiction (gave up PAs, EAs, email "friends", all sorts of bpundary-crossers. I will have this latent addiction always but am committed now to controlling it thanks to T and lovely support here. try and read about love addiction though and see if it might resonate with you...hugs from someone who "gets" it...

Actual the therapy sounds like a good idea. You will find it is somewhere where you can be totally honest and sort things out. Check with your job benefits they may offer those services at a real discount and third party handles.
