Give it time. Every thing is good and shiny when it's new. Hope and pray you don't get a D-day and be careful about falling in love with a MM. Losing your heart to someone who's "not" available is usually when trouble begin.

Good luck.

I feel your pain! I'm in same situation except my AP is single (and dating). I am madly in love but spent the first two months in agony wanting to be with this guy and trying to make it happen overnight. My H is also a great guy, we are just missing that passion and always have.

Over the past couple weeks I have come to realize that I cannot uplift my life over a 2 month relationship that who knows how great it would be in reality life. I am figuring out my marriage first and foremost. Of course, I still have the AP guy in my life but it's a LDR so that helps distance him a little.

Take it slow, especially since kids are involved. And don't get caught LOL! That's my big goal right now :)

for some of us, that feeling lasts awhile - years. "they" say the feeling is enhanced by being secretive and by being thankful for stolen time - not enduring the day-to-day of bills and car pools and dirty dishes. maybe that's the cloud.

and yes, falling from a cloud is very dangerous and lethal.

but that doesn't make the cloud less satisfying for the time you have it.

I SO agree w/ mrsjones. I have been w/ my AP for 8 yrs. on and off, and I love that man so much it's just ridiculous. My love for him has only grown stronger over the years, and I am also attracted to him now more than ever. That part just gets stronger and stronger as well.

I love him so much that when we were apart for 6 yrs I didn't date or have sex w/ anyone. I stayed to myself, because I just can't imagine being w/ anyone else. He is my first true love, and I'm not sure if things keep getting stronger, and better because as the saying goes, we don't live in reality in an A. I don't know if he leaves the cap off the toothpaste, or the toilet seat up. Or, is it getting better because that's what happens when you absolutely, and completely love someone. I guess I'll find out soon enough.
