This weekend we spent some time with a bunch of friends, the guy I'm confused over, included.

It is not love.

Talk to your H about your feelings before it is too late....now is the time to nip the obsession in the bud before it gets out of hand and you destroy your life and your H's life as you now know it.

I don't think that love is always a choice. I think sometimes love is simply something we can not control. I honestly believe that. You can control a lot of things in your life, but sometimes loving someone isn't one of them. Is not being able to control it a weakness? I suppose in some ways it is. I know that I feel the way I feel and it's not a 'choice' I make -- it's just there.

You are choosing to allow your emotional needs to be met which creates the feeling of love.

I don't agree but that's cool. We all have different opinions.

I just think sometimes people view everything as a choice and sometimes there are things in life that I feel aren't a choice. Sometimes you just can't help how you feel.... plain and simple. And in following with your theory of "choice" -- I've seen a lot of people put a "choice" above a feeling and end up miserable or happy or whatever. :)

I am not saying that we can choose and do nothing and expect to feel love.

Please don't be too hard on yourself for your feelings.

Also, I have seen many people go with a "feeling" and destroy the lives of their spouse, family, children as well as the AP, AP's family, etc.
