today for some reason im feeling extremely empty, im not a negative person at heart but today i just cant shift this feeling of lonliness. Ap and I spent a fantastic day and evening together yesterday, the intimate side was very emotionally charged. We beleive to love one another, and have decided to plan on moving forward together. Of course i have my eyes wide open in the sense i realise until it happens many a barriers can come and stop us in our tracks. Im quite secure in the relationship we have and ap says likewise. We are open with each other, we never have issues concerning contact, our feelings, we discuss everything openly and honestly, even if sometimes its not what we want to hear. Were both married with children. Whenever we feel needy we put each others minds

Sugar--
I have followed your posts on here and have always found your advice to be reasoned and well thought out. I believe your A is all you say it is and that most would cherish such an R whether it be a marriage or an A.
Reading you concern for your dear son moved me. Of course we all want things to be OK for our children but you obviously have serious legitimate worries. All I can say is your devotion and love will carry you both along the way--yes there will be ripples all waves leave behind a changed shore....but a content mom/woman/caregiver can only be a good thing.

Maystone said it well:

"heck if we loved ourselves like we loved and took care of others, we'd all probably be in a much better place! :)"

Blue days serve a purpose--to reach down into the depths and see what we pull up...for you I am sure your strength and love for those
you care for will help you find your way. I wish you peace.

hi Maystone and thankyou for your response and king words.

Im feeling much better today, and like everyone we have our good days where we feel we can rule the world and then their are those utter miserable days where nothing makes sense and you just feel like the world is upon your shoulders.

Your right about sometimes putting ourselves first, and although most of us are selfish enough to be in affairs it doesnt mean we dont have a heart or hurt for the ones we truly do love, especially our children who are so dependent on us.

I beleive in that we need to be happy with ourselves before we can truly have the strength to accept happiness from others. Why rely on others to make you happy and therefore give them the power to take that happiness away whenever it suits their own needs. I beleive we all have a spark within us , and their are special people that have the knack of igniting that spark and not make us shine but make us shine brighter. And then their are those that would blow that spark out without even giving a damn about how thats going to make us go all dark inside. And of course their are those we allow to ignite that spark, and eventually the light fades dimmer and just goes into a glow, without it going anywhere.

Many say that remaining for the sake of children, finances, etc. etc. are just excuses and if you really want to be true to yourself you would find a way out. True as

"be yourself, disguise not, for your a truly unique beautiful being"
