After your last post you said you feel guilty. Now this one you are trying to get an inside on her life up close. I think youre going into dangerous territory here. You could have easily just driven by and not stopped. A lot of people do that when passing garage sales. You are waving yourself in front of her and that is a little mean in my view. Have you watched Fatal Attraction? Your life is starting to resemble that movie......
Life,
You're playing with fire and you know what they say when you play with fire?
I want her to be able to say, 'you're the woman who bought my Ralph Lauren sweaters!
Don't hold to anger, hurt or pain. They steal your energy and keep you from love. ~Anonymous

She just saw me as someone friendly out shopping and I saw her as a normal person with really NICE stuff!
While I kind of understand the *need* to see the wife, I totally don't understand the going to their home and buying her unwanted stuff? Isn't it bad enough that we (as the AP's) are getting left over pieces of their spouses but you just purchased stuff that she had deemed unworthy?
I have meet my AP's wife numerous times, she came into the office to visit her husband and since at the time I was his assistant she has spoken to me numerous times. All the time she is there, I was thinking "God please let me get called away from my desk", "Don't let her talk to me". Like you the whole time she was talking to me, I was thinking "Your husband tells me the most personal things about you", "I'm sleeping with your husband". I'll admit, I didn't feel guilty, just uncomfortable. I am sure I didn't feel guilt about my relationship with her husband when she has come into the office only because she has this way of talking down to people and making people feel like they are unworthy of her time. Even saying that talking to her was uncomfortable and not something I want to go through again.
