Ready to go climb mountains - ME time!!

I will be leaving for a 10 day vacation to go hiking in the beautiful Rockies of Colorado. I will be away from both DH and AP...time for me and mountains are good for clearing the head! I am just going to lay low as far as contacting AP - I am not even sure I will have cell reception there. I'm going to spend a little time with AP this afternoon and then maybe tomorrow, too. One thing I am really looking forward to doing while I am gone is to write - I haven't written in my journal for quite some time. I am wondering how many other ladies out there journal about their A's...my main concern is if H comes across it. I have a journal/diary app on my iPhone and it is password protected, and DH has no clue how to use my phone. I think I will be safe with that!
I'll be sure to post here again and let you all know how this all goes...and whether or not AP caves and texts me - I have a feeling he will miss me more than he realizes or admits! :)

Hi heart,

Hope you have a fantastic time. I agree that the time away will give you time to clear your head. I am going away on holiday in 12 days and I am looking forward to having some time away just me and

Have a great time hearts! This will be good for you to clear your head.

I'm a "journaler" by nature - kept a diary from 6th grade to the age of 22. But I have never written (or typed) anything about an A, except here (and e-mails to my OM). I think anything online CAN be stored in the hard drive and I just worry about a blog type thing. I think writing stuff down DOES bring me to "realizations" and could help me on "self discovery". But I'm too afraid it would be found.

You've got a lot of choices. If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and you're not smiling on a regular basis, try another choice. ~Steven D. Woodhull

Time away is wonderful for both clearing the head, as well as for the soul: enjoy :)

I used to journal all the time, but haven't done it in awhile.
