for those who are curious, everything with the lump is ok. to let you guys know, to check for genital warts, use white vinegar, if it turns pale or white, it's warts, if it don't change color, it's ok. just like you guys said, from shaving there, i most likely knicked myself, and i healed with a lump.

now with my other issue, she's very concerned. i told her it's my left pelvic side where the pain is. she feels it could be something with my fallopian tubes or ovaries. i'm going in for a sonagram on monday before my pap in dec. not to get graphic, but when she put her fingers in me, afterwards i thought i would hit the roof with shooting pain. she thinks it could a partial tubal pregnancy, i told her it's been going on for a while, that now has gotten worse. one day at a time. maybe getting laid off was a blessing in a way, it's forcing me to take care of my health, which i'll ignore. thanks for the support.

"i worded it wrong. something possibly stuck in there. not an actual pregnancy, a part of something stuck in there. "

this is something that has been going on for about 3 months, that i let go. i told the nurse this. now the pain has become increasingly worse. i told my AP some of what she said, and how they want to do a sonogram. there's no way that i could've had a tubal pregnancy or a partial baby in there. i would be sick. only thing i have to say is when she stuck her fingers up there, i saw stars. extreme shooting pain. i'm thinking if cysts or possible cancer. the pain is on the left side, and some vaginal bleeding. i ignored it, but can't no more because it's interfering with my every day life.

she thinks i may have aborted something, but not completely. who knows. when i told my AP about the pain he was thinking a tubal pregnancy to. i told him, it's impossible. it's been going on to long.

Tori,

If your pain has become so increasingly worse then how are you going to face your interview tomm?? Interview on Saturday? Anyway, i guess you must go and prepare yourself for your interview.at the same time , do something about the 'something' .

Sorry to be nosey tori,

In the intimacies section you said a couple of days ago that you had sex with AP 3 times and once in shower as well! did it not hurt then?

edited to add: Since my teenage son has become sexually very active, i am keeping all my ears and eyes open! I have become very nosey to the extent of annoyance to some.

thanks!

yes it did, especially being intimate in the shower. missionary wasn't too bad, on top was painful, that's when we switched to missionary. best advice i can give, is say to your son to use a condom. the scare i just had with the lump is enough to tell my AP to use a condom from mow on if we are ever intimate again. for almost 2 years we always had unprotected sex.
it makes you think, and thank god it was nothing serious. i was freaking, what do i say to my AP, and my H. what does he say to his wife. i carried that around for a week until i had myself checked out. it's a very scary place to be.

a laparoscopy is not the only thing that gets rid of a tubal pregnancy..the doctor gave me medicine...it depends on how far along she would be..and yes they should do HCG tests but because of it being ectopic that wouldn't give you a correct hormonal indicator...so you wouldn't know...would've thought the doc gave her the medicine then the test to make sure the tubal was no more..that's what i was getting at...

But according to her, the doctor didn't even check it out! Her doctor said (by what she has written) 'It could be a tubal pregnancy. Let's just wait til Monday and do a sonagram and find out, then go from there.'

I am assuming the doctor who gave you the medicine checked your lower abdomen at the time of complaint to see if it was an ectopic pregnancy, then gave you the meds. Did the doctor say 'Ooh, it could be...we'll check later'? Any doctor who suspects a tubal will (if they are reputable) do follow up tests right then and there, knowing that if they don't and it is truly serious, they could be jeopardizing your life over the weekend while you wait.

Somehow the idea of a doctor considering a tubal pregnancy a wait and see kind of thing just doesn't sound right.

she did check me out with her fingers and felt my lower abs. also remember this was what's called a 15 minute, because i'm a new patient.

Checking you with her fingers is not a complete or adequate exam if a tubal pregnancy is suspected.

If the doctor thought you possibly had a tubal, they would be irresponsible not to extend that '15 minute exam' and do a sonagram. If the doctor couldn't do it, most would call over to a hospital and have you admitted for testing. It is negligent for a doctor to 'think' you could be experiencing pain from a tubal pregnancy, then send you home without either confirming or denying that is what it is. Usually when you are feeling pain and are sensitive to the touch in that situation, your fallopian tube is being stretched, which means the pregnancy is growing or it is at a size where it could possibly cause the tube to rupture. Putting her finger in you, pressing on the painful area, then saying you might be carrying an ectopic pregnancy and sending you home with no follow up is not good practice.

I hope that everything turns out to be okay, and if this doctor truly
