The world may have escaped 12/21 but MAS and the ivillage forums surely have not :)

The brainpower behind the "transition" can now take its place with those wizards that came up with:

-The New Coke

-Yugo

-Spam (the meat kind)

-Electoral College

- ... (fill in the blank)

I wish all our fellow MAS'ers a merry Christmas, a happy new year and a future with more fun and less anxiety.. and the strength to get there.. :)

And for those who are on happier roads though the road may have started rocky and slippery: awesome job!!

Now, if only this post could actually show up.. !!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you too Nevereasy...as well as all other MAS'ers, old and new. It's unfortunate what has happened with the site, although I am happy to see that most of us "old timers" seem to be checking back here every once in a while. Hopefully one day, we will find that everything is magically OK again Smile  As far as happier roads...I am, as I sit here replying to you, spending the next several forseeable days with AP/BF. His W will not be around on Christmas, although his kids may be. This however, is not a given as they have a LOT of friends to visit with. He has voiced his concern that I will feel sad and lonely if he is not able to be with me Christmas morning, for which I was quite touched. I will not have a problem with that though.because for the most part, I am now able to be alone, but not lonely again. It was tough going there for a while when I was in the midst of the angst of my divorce & R with AP/BF.

Hope to see you here again soon, I've always enjoyed your posts!
