{{{hugs}}} to you. BTDT and it's brutal. In my case we were caught in the "act." (head slap) I don't know if an A can recover from a Dday; might be a good question to post here. I know mine didn't nor did the M. Thrown under the bus by both. AP scampered back to W but I have heard they are now D ... Anyway sorry for the ramble, just want you to know you have kindred spirit here!
Is-love-enough - if you feel like it, post your d-day story on the d-day thread in "resources" below. I think it's so important that we all keep being reminded that d-day is one of the very real possibilities and consequences of having an A. And often, people who have them just disappear from here and we never know what happened!
I'm sorry you're going through this, and I'm also sorry your AP's family is going through this - it's a mess all around. We can start out thinking we won't hurt anybody, but it doesn't always turn out the way we thought it would. (((HUGS))) to you. And I hope your AP is doing OK with his dad's situation. It is hard to feel powerless at a time like that.

You've got a lot of choices. If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and you're not smiling on a regular basis, try another choice. ~Steven D. Woodhull
