I eneded up unexpectantly having the day off. i had family member that needed me and i called in to work. i was done helping her at 2pm. i already had plans to meet w/ AP after work today.

Wow, I don't blame you a bit for being mad! DON'T put up with this behavior unless you want to be treated like this all the time. It seems like you are last on the list - "OK we'll get together as long as NOTHING else comes my way". The work stuff is SORT OF understandable (although even that, I wonder, could have been arranged just a little differently so he wouldn't have been SO late?) But the last minute dinner plans with a buddy?? Come on, don't you wonder just a little if there's another woman in all this? I don't want to be the bearer of squirrels, but this all just sounds a little fishy/off. I'd seriously think about letting go of him, for your own good and self esteem.
