If your sensitive skin will allow try hydrocortisone cream. I generally don't advocate using it... I'm a strong believer in natural products. That said when my eczema on my face flares up and I have something important coming up I use it. It should help to speed the healing and with the itching.

I have this issue also... sensitive facial skin: dry, flaky, pimply and red break outs once in a while.

Go to your Dr right away. You can probably get an RX that should take care of it. You will more than likely get a topical steroid that is gentler than cortisone creams. A topical designed for your face. Now get on the phone STAT!
