I'd say that if the sex is better, most HLs would want it more not less.
It has been my experience with my HD DH, that at first we'd negotiated 3 times per week. At first that was great, then after a month or two, he wasn't satisfied.
From my experience, there is a 'catching up' period whereby the HL can't seem to get enough -
Inflated valuation stage... I'd recognize it anywhere.
Extended chafed genitalia syndrome should clear that thinking up soon enough. :)
I'd make a distinction here between sexual frustration and relationship frustration.
For me, the showstopper is relationship frustration (from LL indifference rather than disinterest).
