High Libido w/Low Testosterone?

Are there any other men out there who have a high libido despite having low testosterone levels?

My DH has low T, and has always been HL. He has the other symptoms of low T as well, including the irritability, and he does struggle with ED, although it doesn't impact his libido, just his performance. He gets twice monthly injections to supplement now. His irritability rises sharply when he's due for an injection....interestingly enough. However his drive appears unchanged.
I suspect that I have low T (ED, weight gain, difficulty losing weight, lack of motivation) but HL. But it's also possible
