The sad thing is... if we were on the outside looking in, and we were advising OTHER people to do something about these "symptoms" of depression, declining health, etc., caused by anything OTHER than ML... we'd be telling them to get out of whatever sitaution was making them "sick" in the first place...

I think these must all be normal feelings....the fact that you recognize them in yourself has got to be a good sign.

I think the choice whether to do marriage counselling or personal counselling (or both) depends on how far gone the relationship is.
