I know it seems like it would be simple to know, but I need clear answers. I want to know if it is his libido or if it is me my husband is no longer attracted to. can anyone please help? thanks

I think we are all quick to blame ourselves that are partner is not attracted to us. That we have become unattractive whereas it is usually the partners problem, not yours. I have always felt for years that I must be unattractive and it took a therapist to tell me "It's not you. She would be this way with any man."


Perhaps you both go to therapy rather than battle this out just the two of you. Nice to have a professional help you and act as sort of a referee. You can ask him but you probably won't get the truth. You probably have been getting a lot of excuses not to be intimate and you take that as a nice way of him saying he's not attracted to you. Don't get caught in that net. I've been there and the escape is hard. Find a good therapist, ask your DR. Tell him he has to go. It's a deal breaker if he won't.
