At 39, it's not age.

It might not be age, but one cannot rule out hormone issues such as low T even at 39.

...if he's a truth teller, then believe him and then talk to him about ways that will sexually satisfy you that do not include intercourse...if that will satisfy you...
There is no other way that he'll do...it's sex or nothing...I would be happy with other things but he refuses.
