Quality verses Quantity?

My HL DH is very much in the same boat as you. He wants lots of stimulation, multiple positions, and major demonstrations of ardor and passion. And he wants them every day, most often at 3 am. I have very little ardor or passion, and don't mind engaging, but don't really relish the idea of the decathalon of sex when I have to get up at 6 am. Added to this, he is snoring blissfully moments after disentanglement (or even before disentanglement, I will NEVER understand that) while I have to get up and clean up a little, then I am wide awake for a good hour or more, until I've wound down enough for sleep.

It is very difficult and he get less than he wants in both quality and quantity, so I know it's rough for him.
