Why???

Why does it automatically mean that you are having sex with someone else if you're not having it with your H?
I have had literally no sex drive for a LONG time now and I always hear from my husband that I am involved elsewhere which is so far from the truth.
This has done a lot of damage to our marriage. Any support or suggestions would be welcome however I am here for support and not criticism (which I have received alot of and don't need) so any help would be welcomed.

Because to your husband, not wanting sex is a red flag.

...what has your reaction to having no libido been?...have you worked toward a compromise?...Hold has a good suggestion...one week you have all of the sex that you want and he enthusiastically (my suggestion) participates...the next week he initiates all of the sex that he wants while you enthusiastically (my suggestion) participate...each week, one of you will get your needs met...
