oh joy, another article that tells me to have sex more "because it's GOOD for you!" As if sleep deprivation isn't BAD for me. I know, I know, I need to have more sex, do more exercise, eat more vegetables, drink more green tea, what else? I'm sure there are about 85 things I'm leaving out here.

Whether or not it leads to more sex, you can't argue with good health in general.

Can you?

Well I replied to Miranda, but as I always say.

If the thong fits, wear it.

>>So I thought the article had a lot of good stuff to offer in and out of having more sex. I figured you of all people would have found it interesting based on some of the neurological chemistry claims. But since your thong may be in a knot, I'll crawl back into my cave.<<

I'm just burned out on all the "experts" telling me to do this thing or do that thing because it's good for me. I apologize. I did read the article, but as I have markers of ALL 4 of the "imbalances" I don't think there' anything useful for me there, unless I want to take a ton of supplements (which I cannot really face, since they are unregulated, and I won't really know what I am getting.) I'm already using a testosterone supplement, and doing exercise I don't want to do and having more sex than I want to have, and at some point it becomes "at what cost to my mental state do all these health benefits come?" I'm tired and cranky, I cannot concentrate and I am seething with resentment. How healthy can that be?

I'm still working out every day, and I've yet to get that "endorphin" high everyone keeps telling me about.

Maybe you should try a different form of exercise that does excite you then...

Totally bum advice. I've tried about a zillion forms of exercise. I hate all of it. I do it, because I know I HAVE to do it. Like I take out the trash, and scrub the toilets, and go the dentist or the gynecologist or to get a mammogram because I HAVE to.
