Viagra Night Update

I posted a short update last night, but I cannot seem to find it either, so I will post an update again. It worked wonderful! When I got home from work, he was already laying on the bed. This has not happened for a long time, unless of course he is laying on the bed all stressed out. It was funny because for once, I probably could have taken or left sex last night, but I am glad I took it. :)

It took about an hour. He was a lot more solid. There was not the hesitation that I had been feeling lately. He had his desire back. He was all over me. Yes this is the man I married. After we were both finished, we got up and I went to make dinner and he was going to watch tv. I put dinner in the oven and went to kiss him and he is sporting another hard on and just smiling. He told me he just was rubbing it a little bit. So we had another romp in front of the tv. About an hour later, we are standing in the living room, and I just had to see what would happen, so I rubbed up against him a little... bam! So he got a bj.

I asked him later if there was a difference besides the rebound factor. He said that before he would always have to be thinking about or he would lose it, and even when he was thinking about it, he could overthink it and lose it. He said that with the Viagra, he actually found himself needing to think about baseball to last longer for me. He also said that switching positions was not a problem as it had been in the past.

I think this was the key to his LL. Not saying this change is going to make him want sex daily, but I think the problem was killing it more than I knew. I could tell a difference in his confidence level immediately, and not just in the bedroom. So hopefully things are going to get better. I am not counting on anything yet, but I think he will even be better when it is not drug induced if he can get his confidence back.

Wow, I need to get some. DH has said he is not against using Viagra but he needs to ask the doctor for it. That would be so nice to see him sporting wood for a change. LOL

I am so happy for you! Are you satisfied yet or is it the more you have the more you want?

for today I am satisfied. lol.

We discussed that we will prob not use it every time, but it will be nice for those days that he wants to, but is body is not neccesarily there. I had my doubts about how I would feel about it, thinking that it would feed the insecurities of it's not me, it's the pills. I read a lot about it first though, which helped. The man still has to be aroused, not just take the pill, so that made me feel better.

We will see how well it keeps up. I mean there is still no doubt I will want it more than he will, but I am hoping for the happy medium. I am hoping for our turtle. lol.

If it helps with his confidence level, it will be well worth it.

Jen you are right about the man needing sexual stimulation for the Viagra to work. He won't be having an erection unless you are exciting to him. You are an integral part of this improvement. Again I'm so happy for you!

of course I will, because I know one twist of fate, and I am right back there. Plus, like I said, not counting on anything yet.

Jen,

OMG, I am SOOOO happy for BOTH of you!! That's wonderful news hon and thank you for sharing it. Yes, it could very well be a confidence issue but I'm told that once a man has physical difficulties sustaining an erection that it is THAT which causes the dip in confidence so to be safe, maybe he should keep that stuff around? LOL...anyway...glad to hear things are on their way UP...PUN INTENDED!

Sounds like me. At the moment I don't have a quantity problem but that could all change with his medication. I'm not going anywhere till I feel secure.

WOW - congratulations! Sounds like it really did the trick and that the erection problems were really getting him down. but yeah - you need to stay around here for a while for one important reason - WHO ELSE are you going to be able to share your good news with?? I can't see you going into the office and saying Guess WHAT - MY DH did me three times last night.....!

I just wanted to say that about a yr ago, I forced my DH to go to the doc b4 we got married or I wasn't marrying him. He wasn't making any effort to change or try to increase his sex drive. DH found out he had high BP and high tryglycerides and was put on meds. So then the doc suggested Viagra for lack of sex. Well my DH took the sample reluctantly but one day i came home and curiosity got to the best of him and we had sex. My DH doesn't know but I called the doc and talked to him and told him what was really going on. DH has no prob. w/erections it is the desire, and doc said Viagra won't increase desire. Is this true? Thanks
