I have to wonder how they think they're going to accomplish this.  http://www.latimes.com/news/world/worldnow/la-fg-wn-egypt-access-pornography-20130404,0,1516553.story

From the article:

“There is no such thing as blocking such sites as a whole, but they must be specified,” Hashem told a Turkish news agency. Experts estimated the cost of the program at about 25 million Egyptian pounds ($4 million). Given Egypt’s mounting economic woes, that figure appears to some as a disturbing symbol of misplaced priorities.

It doesn't sound like a good use of money when the country is already struggling and considering that new sites will only pop up on a daily basis.

Do you think this is a realistic project?

Considering the price of defying Sharia Law in a Muslim country is usually loss of a limb or death, I think they'll accomplish their goal.
