I love my husband but he expects me to be cheerful and a supporter of him all the time. All the time. Whenever I need a little emotional support he says, "Don't think like that" and becomes uncomfortable and angry at me. All I need is a little support and he gets mad. I think this is called emotionally unavaible.

I'm just not a robot. I need support, encouragement, empathy sometimes ....he gives none.

This is causing a lot of pressure on me. Can anyone offer suggestions, or books I can have ask him to read. He tunes out to such a degree I'm becoming upset about it.
