In the situation being discussed it was said that the husband is not in control of how the co-worker behaves towards him. That's not true. People will treat you as you allow them to.

It's probably the same answer as to the question of whether all women are capable of cheating. We are all "capable" as in we could, but not everyone will want to or even act on it even if they do want to and the other man is throwing himself at her feet.
