Secret Meeting With Old Girlfriend

I would like some feed back on this please.
My boyfriend and I have been living together for a year and a half now.
A few weeks ago he got a phone call from an old girlfriend of his who he
broke up with about a year or so before we met.
They spoke for a while then he hung up, neglecting to tell me anything
about the phone call or who it was with. Then I found out later that it
was his X girlfriend and several days after that phone call he met her
for drinks. He has never mentioned any of this to me. If it hadn't been for
a third party I would never of known.
My question is, should I confront him about this or how should I handle this?
Thanks Kaylalee

Shallow, yes. Most people are even if they are in denial themselves.
Also I do have 2 children. I weighed 127lbs days prior to the birth of my first child
and 132 lbs just prior to the birth of my second child. I am 45 yrs old, 5'3" and I
currently wieigh 102lbs. At my age I work hard to remain thin. I don't wish or pray
for someone to make me thin. I work out and eat right.
When this woman called him she knew he was in a serous relationship, he knew meeting
her would not be right considering he would not want me to meet with an old love.
So he kept it secret only compounding the wrong. If there were no secret agendas
it would not have been kept a secret.
My ex reached out to me to say he was sorry for the wrongs he committed in our old
relationship by way of a letter in the mail. I read it, discarded it and did not
respond in return, not by phone, e-mail, letter or meeting. What's done is done and
in the past. NO reason to rehash or go back in time when it can not be erased.
Just move on and leave the past in the past.
