COMMUNICATION INVOLVES THE EXPRESSION OF THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, AND DISCLOSING YOUR DESIRES.
(It is suggested you use "I" statements when expressing self)
1 - To express your THOUGHTS is simply the act of saying what it is you are thinking, believing, interpreting or expecting.
2 - To share FEELINGS means stating your emotions directly. These kinds of statements add seasoning to your communication.
3 - Disclosing wants and DESIRES lets others know in a direct way what you desire to be, to do, or to have.
