Boycott Romance with an Anti-Valentine's Day Menu

While most chefs are busy putting together aphrodisiac menus of oysters, lobster and chocolate for Valentine's Day, chef Mark Spagenthal of The Library Bar, located in New York's Paramount Hotel, has another kind of menu planned. Spagenthal has crafted an “Anti-Valentine’s Day Menu" consisting of stinky, sticky, messy and otherwise not very kissable items, including garlicky spinach ravioli, super saucy barbecue spare ribs and a molten chocolate cake served with black pepper ice cream. All of these dishes are guaranteed to do a number on your breath, if not get stuck between your teeth or possibly stain that special Valentine's Day dress.....
