My husband of many years told me the same thing. Like you, I have never been alone. We moved out of our parent's homes and in with each other back when I was 19. We have three children (younger than yours). It is completely devastating, I know. My husband told me that he didn't love me anymore less than two weeks ago.
One thing that has really helped me was that I started seeing a counselor. You need to do the same - it is so helpful to have someone to vent things too that is unbiased. I have also confided in several friends and sought out a support system (including this board). You can read my posts and see that it has been quite a long two weeks with ups and downs along the way.
I remind myself every day that I am not really alone - I have friends and family around me and I just need to seek them out. I encourage you to do the same.
